Abstract
The Global Forum Update on Research for Health 2005 (Volume 1) is the first fruit of the collaboration between the Global Forum for Health Research and Pro-Brook Publishing Limited. Published specifically for Forum 8 and the Ministerial Summit on Health Research and with a global circulation, the report comprises more than 30 issue-based articles under five main subject headings, demonstrating a wide range of expert opinion on the health research and actions necessary to achieve the Millennium Development Goals.
