When we had originally submitted the manuscript and revision, the paragraph below under the section “Availability and Accessibility of Services – Healthcare Facilities” meant to write [12–42] and [15–59] as the range of minutes. However, during copyediting, it was accidentally misunderstood as references 12–42 and 15–59, and this error was overlooked during proof checking. This is the correct version: Similar findings were seen in a study from the United States where patients from rural settings with an ST-elevation MI (STEMI) had an 8-minute longer median time from FMC to coronary catheterization (30 [12–42] minutes vs 22 [15–59] minutes; P <.001) [93]. However, multivariable regression for in-hospital mortality between the two groups did not show any significant difference (adjusted odds ratio: 0.97; 95% CI: 0.89–1.06) [93].
