Abstract

The authors regret that an error occurred in the legend of Table 3. The authors study population includes children aged 6 months to 15 years (not “under 6 months” as was originally published as that did not represent their data). The correct legend is reproduced below: The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. The data and conclusions of their work are not affected by this change.
