Abstract

The publisher regrets that in the article titled “Unifocal premature ventricular complex ablation for recurrent ventricular fibrillation in a post–myocardial infarction patient with acquired long QT,” by Aiysha Nasir and colleagues, published in the January 2026 issue of Heart Rhythm Case Reports (2026;12:135-142) that the images in Figures 5 and 7 were switched and paired with incorrect legends. The publisher would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
