Salivary gland biopsies particularly neoplasms are also frequent in diagnostic clinical practice and may pose significant diagnostic challenge. New entities are also regularly being described and incorporated requiring updated literature and expertise. In this chapter, it is attempted to incorporate most entities one is likely to encounter in routine practice from this anatomical region in a compact yet comprehensive manner.
