Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) and pneumonia are an important public health issue globally. Despite completion of therapy, a significant proportion of patient may develop long term complications. These sequelae could be infective and non-infective and lead to significant morbidity and health care costs. This chapter describes these long term complications to highlight their clinical significance and promote better recognition by clinicians.
