Abstract
The history of a pregnant tetraplegic patient following a spinal cord injury is reported. In those patients, multiple organ systems are affected and awareness of autonomic dysreflexia is needed. Management of pregnancy and delivery are reviewed in the manuscript. The patient underwent vaginal delivery with good outcome. Management in a tertiary care centre with a multidisciplinary and skilled team remains essential to optimize a proper obstetrical outcome.
