Abstract

Southeast Asia is spread over more than 10% of the entire continent of Asia. The population of 655 million is around 8.5% of the total world’s population. This region is diverse in culture and ethnicity. The independent states of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam are included.
