Abstract

By investigating the progesterone level in peritoneal fluid, 96 hours after the peak of the luteinizing hormone in two consecutive cycles, we have established the recurrence of the luteinizing unruptured follicle syndrome. The present study shows that follicle rupture can be obtained by stimulating with human menopausal gonadotropins in association with human chorionic gonadotropin.
